The Signup Procedure for St. Michael Ministries has changed!
Signups are done IN PERSON at a Ministry Fair in January.
Here is EVERYTHING you need to know!
MNISTRY FAIR DATES:
- Jan. 10-11 and Jan. 17-18 2026, after all Masses in the Gathering Space.
- Each Ministry will have a small display and a representative to answer questions.
HOW TO SIGNUP FOR A NEW MINISTRY AT THE MINISTRY FAIR:
- Stop at the display tables that interest you.
- Review their mission statement, goals, and activities.
- Ask questions.
- Signup to join.
- Receive a list of meeting dates, times and locations for 2026 and a description of the work of the committee.
HOW TO SIGNUP FOR A NEW MINISTRY OUTSIDE OF THE MINISTRY FAIRS:
- A MINISTRY LIST WITH CONTACT INFO WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BULLETIN FOR 2 WEEKS AFTER THE Ministry Fairs.
- Use the Ministry List (see link at top of this page)to find ministries that interest you.
- Ask your questions and make your commitment over the phone.
- Request a copy of the list of meeting dates and times for 2026.
- (If you have trouble connecting with the committee chair, please contact the Stewardship Committee for assistance.)
ADDING YOUR VOLUNTEER COMMITMENTS TO THE PARISH DATABASE:
- Committee chairs will submit updated committee rosters to the parish office in February, 2026.
- Your volunteer commitments will then be updated in the parish database.
