Members of the Bereavement Committee support families who have experienced the death of a loved one. Members assist by preparing a dish, attending a funeral to show parish support or by helping to serve a meal after a funeral. One committee plans meals and a second committee makes telephone calls to request food contributions. We would like to organize two teams which alternate between funerals. Volunteering your time during the week to help set up / clean up after the luncheons would be appreciated. Families are very appreciative of the time they have together after the funeral. Please consider your time during stewardship.
