The Summer Picnic is a fun-filled family event that requires many volunteers to be successful. Booth Captains work closely with the picnic committee to coordinate volunteers to work shifts during the summer picnic. Captains also assist in the setup and takedown of picnic booths including wheels, prizes, and money. Captains begin filling booth shifts in May, a picnic is held in July. Picnic volunteers are needed to fill shifts of various booths during the picnic. They oversee booth games and distribute prizes. Volunteers are needed to fill 3 hours shifts during Friday and Saturday evenings of the picnic.
