Tuition includes all expenses including technology, instructional, field trips, class specific expenses. Registration is $150 per child is charged at the time of registration and will be applied toward your tuition.

Active Parishioner Discounted Rate:
In gratitude for your Stewardship commitment, all Catholic school families with a completed Stewardship form (time, talent and treasure portions completed) on file will be considered an “active member” of the parish and will receive a discounted tuition rate for the 2026-2027 school year. If you are an active member of another Catholic church, please list on the enrollment form. Once this is verified by the Finance office at the parish, you will also receive the active Catholic rate.
Full Tuition Rate:
Those without a completed Stewardship form on file will be assigned the full tuition rate.
FACTS service fee not included.
All families must register for tuition payments with FACTS tuition management as part of pre-registration. FACTS fees are $25 for families making one tuition payment or $55 for families making 10 monthly tuition payments
After school care and summer care are available for an additional fee. Full time childcare (infant through 2 years of age) is also available. See Childcare page for additional information and registration for those programs.
Tuition Assistance
The Catholic Education Foundation and the Archdiocese of Louisville are the primary sources of tuition assistance for Catholic elementary schools in the Archdiocese. For information and applications for JK-8 tuition assistance, please visit www.ceflou.org. At this time, financial assistance is not available for pre-school.

If your family experiences financial hardship during the school year, please contact the parish business manager at 502-266-5611 to discuss payment options. We never want finances to cause a family to leave the school.
